What Is Head Trash Clearance ?

Head Trash Clearance is a simple technique that allows us to clear fears, stresses, anxieties, traumas, and emotional triggers from the nervous system. It is highly effective and can be used DIY-style, or by a recognised practitioner.

How Does It Work?

Head Trash Clearance is derived from a field of psychology known as Reflective Repatterning. It involves the quick and easy use of specific acupressure points (known as the Tapas Acupressure Technique) while engaging in a psychological framework of personalised mantras.

Following an effective clearance session, the mental and emotional weight of our fears, stresses, and anxieties are neutralised within the nervous system, allowing mental and emotional “breathing room” for us to think clearly and operate in our lives with greater freedom, choice and flexibility.

Head Trash Clearance is excellent for specific fears (spiders, needles, fear of pain, etc) as well as more general feelings of apathy, “stuckness”, or loss of motivation. It’s trauma clearance process can help to let go of known trauma (big, scary events) and unknown (micro) trauma – no back stories, childhood drama, or life histories required! We simply identify the subconscious trigger in need of clearance and begin.

How Long Does It Take?

An initial clearance session can take 1-2 hours, this includes a detailed client intake questionnaire. Where a subsequent session is required, it is significantly shorter and supports you with the skills to continue using the Head Trash Clearance method on yourself.
