Together, we clear some of the more persistent head trash that’s been holding you back and support you with the skills to continue using the Head Trash Clearance method on yourself. You will also receive guided support in applying our Aligned Birth modules to your personal circumstances, empowering you to get back in the driver's seat of your own life. INCLUDES: - 10x Aligned Birth audio modules. - Aligned Birth workbook in printed format (please allow time for mail delivery). - 5x personalised coaching sessions with Gillian and/or a narrative therapy session with Kayla (optional). - Interactive evaluations before and after the program, where together we identify where you are currently in the grand scheme of wellbeing, where you want to be, and what it is going to take to get you there. - Access to our Aligned Birth online community for wider support.
